Explain Market Research - COVID-19 statement

As the ever changing COVID-19 situation unfolds and evolves we wanted to share with our clients, suppliers and community the actions we’re taking to prioritise the health and wellbeing of our fabulous team whilst ensuring we deliver for you all.

In response to COVID-19, all we can all do is responsibly follow and react to government and public health guidelines, we are also taking into account Market Research Society (MRS) guidance and have ensured that we have a robust structure to allow for business continuity. We are working towards our entire team, including our CATI telephone research centre to be operating remotely from week commencing 23rd March.

Our key message to you:

  • We will be working business as usual; we’ll be available as normal on email by telephone and for virtual meetings and look forward to meeting the challenges ahead, creating new and innovative techniques to deliver insight
  • Our remote working environment takes into account data protection and GDPR – you’re in safe hands
  • Our telephone research centre will operate remotely continuing to deliver projects as normal with the same quality checks
  • We will keep communicating - lets take this challenge head on, and support each other to continue to succeed
  • In challenging times opportunity arises and we will deliver research and engagement solutions to meet the needs of the current environment, a significant proportion of our work is online, digital and telephone based

We will continue to share the innovative solutions we create and deliver during this chapter. We work as teams and in collaboration for a reason, and we will be certain to keep our culture of creating insightful and dynamic partnerships that deliver powerful and intelligent results.
