In addition to the head office in Newcastle City Centre, Explain has its own dedicated CATI call centre in Gosforth equipped with the latest computer technology and state of the art recording, monitoring and research equipment. It is home to our call centre manager and a team of 25 telephone researchers carrying out outward-bound telephone customer market research on behalf of our clients.
