We are continually seeking new recruits to join our team working within our in-house Computer Aided Telephone Interviewing Unit conducting outbound market research surveys for various clients.

As your role will involve direct contact with businesses and the general public a pleasant telephone manner and good communication skills are essential. You will also be energetic and motivated, and posses excellent listening and keyboard skills. Previous experience in customer service, sales or other telephone based roles is desired but not essential as full training will be given.

We can offer a flexible working pattern in our Gosforth CATI Centre, with majority evening shifts from 4pm to 8pm Monday to Thursday (12 to 16 hours per week). On occasion, day time shifts are also available 11am to 3pm.
