Client success at the Utility Week Awards 2017

Northumbrian Water Group (NWG) and SP Energy Networks were both winners at the annual Utility Week Awards which were held last week in London. NWG won the prestigious title of Utility of the Year whilst SP Energy Networks were awarded Team of the Year. The awards are widely recognised as the gold standard for the UK’s utilities, and identify excellence across the industry rewarding organisations that have achieved outstanding performance. The team at Explain Market Research is proud to work in collaboration with these two organisations and are delighted that both were recognsied for their contribution to the utility sector over the last year.

Explain has worked in unique partnership with NWG for over twenty years, and SP Energy Networks for ten years. Delivering innovative insights is at the forefront of Explain’s culture, and through these partnerships Explain has delivered a vast number of research projects, involving engaging with thousands of customers and stakeholders exploring customer satisfaction and stakeholder engagement aligned to the business planning priorities of both organisations.

Other winners on the night included, National Grid, Northern Gas Networks and United Utilities.
