In addition to the head office in Newcastle City Centre, Explain has its own dedicated call centre in Gosforth equipped with the latest computer technology and state of the art recording and monitoring equipment. It is home to Kelly, our call centre manager and her team of 14 telephone researchers carrying out outward-bound telephone customer research on behalf of our clients.
